Adding your farm to the system is the first step toward organizing your harvest, storage, and inventory operations in FarmDocs. In this video, we demonstrate how users can quickly set up their farm by entering the basic farm details. Once your farm is added, it becomes the central location where all your storage bins, inventory movements, and operational data are managed.
The video walks through how to navigate to the Farm Management section from the dashboard and begin the farm setup process. If no farm has been added yet, users will see an Add Farm button on the page. By clicking this option, a form opens where the necessary farm details can be entered. These include the farm ID, farm name, company, country, state, and city. The walkthrough also highlights how users can add optional notes or a brief description for the farm if additional context is needed. After filling in the required information and saving the form, the farm is successfully added to the system.
